My name is Melissa and I am the face behind Mellow Yellow Yoga.

My passion lyes in sharing the joyful bliss that comes with a Yoga practice steeped in full body, mind and spirit awareness. Through slow, subtle and intentional yoga, I guide you to be your own teacher - to listen to your body and move in a way that allows the prana - the life force - to move freely and to release deeply held tension.

My classes can range from being filled with specific music to take you on a journey of the heart whilst moving your body to being peaceful with alot of stillness to allow for deep introspection and awareness.

Working with the nervous system to teach you skills to self regulate and provide you with techniques that can be used to calm the mind, regulate your heart rate and move more gracefully through each day.

I design programs suitable for all bodies and every soul, offering specialised themes and topics to expand your awareness to the power of Yoga - it’s physical benefits along with its philosophical ones.
