The purpose of my website is to share information about Yoga and Meditation. As a committed student of Yoga I am on a continual learning journey and I meet so many others that are on a similar path. Some are at the beginning of their journey and others are far more advanced than I will ever be. I wanted to create a platform that allows me to share the knowledge and resources that I have found useful.
For me, Yoga offers a philosophical lens to view life and my personal experience of it through. It allows me to soften the edges of my perspective of life by bringing my awareness into the present moment and to take a pause. Through daily attention, intention and practice I am then able to reprogram some ways of thinking and behaving allowing me to move through life more gracefully - responding to life rather than reacting to it.
